How to make a Material Request

Dear Kolbe Academy Parents:

Please do not post your material requests on the forum.

If you have specific material needs, please email your request to materials@kolbe.org. Include your full family name (including husband's and wife's first names), along with your student's full name (if the request is for a particular student), your physical address, phone number, email address and a detailed description of needed materials with any explanations necessary.

As we work with hundreds of families a week, the more specific and complete your request, the better able we are to fulfill it. Please only make a request via email or if necessary the phone - not both, that creates a lot of confusion and/or duplication of efforts for the Kolbe Academy employee's attempting to meet our families' needs.

If you are missing something from your book order, you must call the book department either at orders@kolbe.org or by calling 707-255-6499.

These simple steps help insure that we are able to properly fulfill your requests. Thank you so much.

Good morning Megan,
I emailed a materials request on 4/20 to materials@kolbe.org (included all the pertinent info) & haven't received a response. Just wondering what the turn around time is? As this is probably a very busy time for you all, I wanted to give ample time before following up with a phone call(didn't want to duplicate anything).

Laura- That is a very good question. The gal that took care of those was just let go about 4 weeks ago and we may have dropped the ball on reassigning that email address to someone. You may be better off sending it to homeinfo@kolbe.org. Judy will get it to the right person. Sorry for the mishap. We will work on fixing it. Thanks! Megan
